Residence halls students with:
- recognition of handicap pursuant to Art. 3, Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 3, of Law Feb. 5, 1992 no. 104;
or with
- disability of 66% or more,
are entitled to total exemption from university feesi and make enrolment/inscription, with only regional tax and virtual stamp payments (156 euros).
To apply for the waiver you must:
- if you are a new student: declare your status and upload the relevant certification, in the enrolment procedure on Esse3 - Online Secretariat;
- if you are already enrolled: declare your status and upload the relevant certification in your reserved area of Esse3 - Online Secretariat under the menu item Secretariat> Certifications related to 104/disability/Specific Learning Difficulties/Special Educational Needs by April 30, 2027
Uploading the certification is also necessary to access the services offered by the University Center for Inclusion.
The submitted application automatically renews in subsequent academic years.
You must promptly notify the University of any change in the factual and legal situation that results in the loss of the requirements for obtaining this facility.
In case of false statements, the prescribed criminal sanctions will be applied and the forfeiture of the benefit obtained on the basis of the untrue statement (Articles 75 and 76 D.P.R. 445/2000).
If you have already paid the second and/or third instalment the refund will be disbursed to you ex officio in June 2027.
