About the Counsellor

Lawyer Arianna Enrichens from the Turin Bar.

What does the Counsellor do?

Following a written request by the person directly concerned, she may act informally.
She hears the interested party and convene the other party. She compares their positions and acquires the elements and information necessary for assessing the case. She does all of this with absolute respect for the privacy of both the injured party and the alleged perpetrator. She suggests appropriate actions to ensure a working environment that respects the freedom and dignity of individuals. In the most serious cases, the Counsellor may recommend to the Head of the competent structure that one of the persons involved be transferred, as expressly provided for by the Code.
