Amounts of fees and contributions

International students can pay the first installment after receiving their Visa.

Bachelor courses

Enrolment application dates:

For open-access bachelor's degree programs, it is possible to send the matriculation application: from 12 noon (CEST) on 16/07/2025 to 19/09/2025 12 noon (CEST). For bachelor's degree programs with national or local testing, check the terms of the announcement (link)

First instalment payment

Log into your personal area of esse3 to submit your application (find out how to enrol). International students ‘non-EU citizens residing abroad’ who follow the entry procedure through the Universitaly portal are required to respect the deadlines for submitting the enrolment application. Once you enter your personal area of esse3, to pre-enroll you will need to go to MENU > SECRETERY > ENROLMENT. Only after you have completed this procedure, you will be able to go to MENU > SECRETARIAT > PAYMENTS and proceed to pay the inscription installment of €156.00.

Master's degree courses

Information will be posted here as soon as it becomes available. In the meantime, you can check the information on Manifesto degli studi.

First instalment refund

If Visa will not be released, or the enrolment will not be completed, it is possible to request a refund of the first instalment through Er.Go. via the portal of the Regional Agency for the Right to Higher Studies (link ‘Focus on: Tuition fees).
