Procedure for Students – Curricular Internships Managed Online through Esse3

The internship experience begins even before the actual placement starts, during the search for a host organization. Identifying an organization that matches your educational objectives, contacting potential hosts, and participating in any selection interviews are all important steps in your learning and professional development journey.

To support students during this phase, the University offers the SkillUp service, which provides guidance and practical tools for preparing an effective CV, developing interview skills, and enhancing employability.

Before the Internship

Students may:

• Contact potential host organizations directly;
• Browse internship opportunities published on their Esse3 personal page and apply for positions by selecting "Opportunities" in the Internships and Placements section.

After the Training Project Has Been Created

Once the Host Organization has entered the Training Project (Learning Agreement) into the system, the student must:

• Select an Academic Tutor (the faculty member responsible for internships within the relevant Degree Programme or Master's Programme);
• Review and formally accept the Training Project.

All steps of the procedure are verified and approved online by the University.
