At the Erasmus and International Home in Piazzale San Francesco there are the desks dedicated to international users.
All services are reserved for students, faculty, doctoral students, PhD students, and collaborators of the University of Parma.

International Student Desk
The desk for international students offers orientation services to the admission procedures of international students towards the modes of access to courses of study (Bachelor's, Master's, Single-Cycle Bachelor's and Single Courses) both during the selection and arrival phases.
The desk is open to the public on the following days without appointment:
- Monday: CLOSED
- Tuesday: 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
- Wednesday: CLOSED
- thursday: 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
- friday: CLOSED
Italian entry procedures desk (visas)
Technical support for the initiation of practices regarding the entry into Italy of international students, researchers and faculty.
The office coordinates Nulla Osta requests with host departments and relevant authorities in the area for periods of study, research or teaching in our University.

Tax code Agenzia delle Entrate Desk
WHEN TO REQUEST IT?
Before your arrival in Italy: you can request it at the Italian Consulate/Embassy in your country, you can request it before your departure for Italy. Attention! the tax code indicated on Universitaly is provisional, the only official one is issued by the Agenzia delle Entrate that you can request before your arrival in Italy or at the time of your arrival.
After arriving in Italy: by appointment only on to the Student Agenda selecting “Appointment with Revenue Agency (tax code for International and Exchange Students)"
Residence permit Desk
Upon your arrival in Parma, through our international desk, you will be able to receive support in preparing the documentation to apply for and renew your residence permit.
Service by appointment: “Appointment with CIAnC onlus (for International Students)" Every Tuesday morning from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and every Thursday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
