Tax code support desk (Agenzia delle Entrate)

Upon your arrival in Parma, thanks to the agreement between our University and the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate), you can receive support in obtaining your tax code (codice fiscale) through our offices.

Residence permit support Desk

Upon your arrival in Parma, the International Students’ Desk provides support with the preparation of the documentation required to apply for and renew your residence permit.
Please make sure to check the list of documents you need to bring in order to receive assistance from our office in the below attachment.

Housing / Accommodation service

The University offers dedicated support to help international students and staff find suitable accommodation in Parma.

The Accommodation Service provides up-to-date information on housing opportunities in Parma. In addition to university residences and guesthouses managed in agreement with ER.GO, the service works with a wide network of accommodation providers, including companies and local property owners willing to offer housing solutions for incoming students and academic staff.

Researchers & Staff – Entry Clearance and Visas

The office supports international researchers and academic staff with the procedures required to enter Italy for study, research, or teaching activities at the University.

In particular, the service assists with entry clearance (Nulla Osta) applications, coordinating the process with the hosting departments and the relevant local authorities, and providing guidance throughout the application process.

International Students' Desk

The International Students’ Desk provides guidance and support to non-EU students throughout the entire admission process to the University’s study programmes (Bachelor’s Degrees, Master’s Degrees, Single-Cycle Master’s Degrees and Single Courses).

The service assists students during the application and selection phases as well as upon arrival in Italy. In particular, the International Students’ Desk manages student visa procedures through the Universitaly portal and acts as a liaison with Embassies and Consular Authorities, offering dedicated support at every stage of the process.
