International (non-EU) students enrolling in an active course of study at the University of Parma can access new services to facilitate their arrival in Italy and their integration into our University.

Since August 21, 2023, it is active the desk " INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ", created to provide all the necessary support connected to the procedures of enrollment and the regularization of non-EU student’s stay in Italy. 

The desk " INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS" is located in Piazzale San Francesco 3 and it is managed by the U.O. Carriere Studenti (Students’ Careers Division), in collaboration with the U.O. Internazionalizzazione (International Relations Division). The team consists of the administrative staff and five tutors, who help students to finalize the procedure of pre-enrollment and guide them untill enrollment.

The ISD also sees the co-presence of the Agenzia delle Entrate (Internal Revenue Service), for the resolution of the issues related to the tax code, and the CIAC onlus, which directly follows the regularization processes of foreign citizens like resident permits.

  • Monday: CLOSED
  • Tuesday: from 9 to 13 and from 14.30 to 17.00 (on days when the AGENENZIA DELLE ENTRATE issues the TAX CODES)

ATTENTION!: Please note that on June 4th the International Students Desk will be closed. To ensure the continuity of this service we will be open on June 6th.

Residence permit

At the moment, this service is not available.

Upon your arrival in Parma, through our International student desk, you will receive support from the experienced staff of CIAC onlus that will help you with the preparation of the documentation related to the residence permit's request.

To access this service, that takes place on Monday and Thursday (9 a.m. to 13 p.m.), you will have to book an appointment on the Student Agenda portal, enter the Appointment booking section and select ''Appointment with CIAC onlus (for international students)''

 

Tax code

Students of the University of Parma can access this service offered by the Agenzia delle Entrate only through an appointment.

You can book your appointment by logging on to the Student Agenda portal, enter the Appointment booking section and select “ Appointment with Agenzia delle Entrate (tax code for International and Exchange Students)".

During the month of January you can book your appointment with AGENZIA DELLE ENTRATE at the International Student Desk (ISD) in Piazzale San Francesco.

The service will be available on January 16 from 14:30-17 p.m. and January 30 from 14:30-17 p.m.

From February, the service will be available every last Tuesday of the month from 14:30-17 p.m.

Documents you will need to bring with you during your appointment: a copy of your passport, a copy of your visa, and the filled-in form of the Agenzia delle Entrate that you can find at the following link.
