The Strategic Plan is the planning document that outlines the strategic vision of the University in line with the general principles enshrined in the Statute and the institutional mission. This document describes the main objectives and actions that have the greatest impact on the University’s ability to produce public value. The results of the Strategic Plan for Public Value Creation are reported annually in Part I of the University’s Single Report (RUA).
The operational objectives defined annually in the performance plan result from strategic planning.
The University’s strategic plan is the reference point for departmental strategic plans.
