Find accommodation

For the academic year 2026-2027 more than 2,200 places will be available — around 750 more than last year — of which almost 1,000 are reserved for students who are beneficiaries of the right to study, also thanks to student housing initiatives funded by the Ministry of University and Research.

Beds available in agreement with the Regional Agency for the Right to Education, ERGO. These housing solutions are exclusive to Erasmus +/Foundation Year students (who have to contact our Welcome office) or to the students who have the requirements to get the accommodation based on their economic situation.

The University of Parma informs students that calls for applications for accommodation in the new student residences developed by the implementing bodies responsible for student housing projects funded under the MUR Call (Ministerial Decree No. 481/2024) and the Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Call of 19 January 2026 will be published on the dedicated webpage.

Here you can find the notice inviting expressions of interest for the provision of new accommodation places in housing facilities or residences for university students. The notice is addressed to organisations and other entities interested in managing student residences or accommodation facilities.
