Required documents

List of documents required:

  • Copy of the visa issued to enter Italy
  • Copy of passport;
  • Copy of residence permit or receipt of permit;
  • Copy of official Tax Code, issued by the Italian Revenue Agency or the Italian Embassy/Consulate responsible for your territory. Self-generated tax codes using Internet simulators are not allowed.
  • Original of the certificate of high school graduation (for enrollment in three-year courses), duly legalized by the Italian Embassy of the country where the degree was obtained, or apostilled by the competent administrative authority;
  • Original of the three-year degree certificate (for enrollment in Master's degree programs) duly legalized by the Italian Embassy of the country where the degree was obtained, or apostilled by the competent administrative authority;
  • Translation of the diploma or degree into Italian or English, also legalized or apostilled*;
  • Transcript of Records (TOR): Transcript in Italian or English of the undergraduate exams taken to enter Master's degree programs or the last three years of high school to enter Bachelor's or Single-Cycle degree programs;
  • Certificate certifying the passing of the academic aptitude test, in the event that it is required for university entrance in the country of origin;
  • Declaration of value issued by the Italian Embassy or, in its place, certificate of comparability issued by the center 
  • ENIC-NARIC italian (Cimea). If the student intends to avail himself/herself of the declaration of value, it will be his/her responsibility to ascertain, well in advance, that the Embassy is willing to issue the said document. Failing this, the certificate of comparability will be required;
  • Certificate B2 Italian language in case you are enrolling in degree programs delivered in Italian.

Certificate B2 English language in case of enrolling in degree programs delivered in English. 

Where to finalize enrolment?

The procedures related to final enrolment can only be completed when you have delivered the documents to the Student Office of your study program.

Pre-enroled Non-EU students whith visa have time until the end of February of the current academic year to submit all the complete documentation to the Student Office.
