Strategic Planning

The Strategic Plan is the planning document through which the University, within the framework of the general principles enshrined in the Statute and the institutional mission, outlines its strategic vision. It identifies the main objectives and actions deemed to have the greatest impact on the University's ability to best achieve its functions.

From the strategic planning and related objectives descend by declination the operational objectivesof administrative action that will be assigned to the various structures of the University as organizational performance.

Strategic Plan of the University of Parma 2025-2030

The Strategic Plan 2025 - 2030 of the University of Parma represents the planning document through which the University, within the framework of the general principles enshrined in the Statute and the institutional mission, outlines its strategic vision for the period 2025 - 2030. Among the aspects of strategic importance, in addition to the missions Research,Education and Student Services and Society, we highlight the mission People, Assets and Resources whose themes are related to the development of "human capital", the strengthening of the Athenaeum's building and infrastructure endowments, as well as the indispensable impulse to the digitalizationof administrative processes.

The Strategic Plan is, likewise, the reference for the Departmental Strategic Plans for the period 2025 - 2030, which are developed consistently with the University's strategic planning.
