Students Training
Students are offered pathways and training meetings to provide knowledge and useful methodologies to encourage active participation in the bodies provided by the Quality Assurance System in the University and to raise awareness of Quality Assurance.
Teaching Staff Training
The issue of in-service training of teaching staff takes on particular significance in a context of overall improvement in the quality of educational and research activities.
There is full awareness of the strategic role played by the use of innovative teaching methodologies and technologies in the training of professors. This is fundamental in order to maintain teaching at a level that can meet the expectations and needs of students: the University, placing the student at the center, must adopt every possible tool to facilitate the curriculum, not only through the tutoring activities provided for by current regulations, but also through the updating of professors and the development of strategies to support professor professionalism.
These strategies must include pedagogical, teaching and learning skills that can evolve toward the adoption of innovative teaching practices.
