The University of Parma adopts a Quality Assurance system inspired by the best practices at national and international level, in line with current regulatory provisions and the recommendations of the Academic Quality Assessment Agency.
The University's QA system is based on the principle of continuous improvement, following the Deming cycle (Plan-Do-Check-Act), in order to ensure a structured and dynamic process of planning, implementing, monitoring and reviewing quality policies: this approach allows the University to proactively adapt to regulatory changes and the needs of the academic community and the socioeconomic context.
The actors of the QA system are listed in the document "Architecture of the University Quality Assurance System", identifying, for each, the guidelines and objectives for the implementation of quality policy and continuous improvement.
