present ON-LINE application with UPLOAD of the following attachments:
- module "Declaration for the delivery of PhD dissertations by telamatic procedure" countersigned by the Coordinator/Coordinator
- print of the Title Page of the dissertation uploaded to the DSpaceUnipr institutional repository (see below fac similar thesis title page - for co-tutored theses with foreign universities use the fac similar ad hoc title page)
- report on the activities carried out during the three-year period and any publications (endorsed by one's tutor/reporter-trice)
- favorable report on the deposited institutional thesis prepared by at least two referees from universities or research institutions in two European countries adhering to the European Convention other than the one in which the thesis is being discussed (only for those who have submitted application for additional certification of Doctor Europaeus)

make payments totaling €32 (No. 2 virtual stamp tax (16€ stamp for application + 16€ stamp for diploma***). The IUV payment slips are generated at the end of the online procedure and can be retrieved, by reconnecting with your account, from the Secretariat/Payments menu. If you find different amounts please DO NOT make the payment and report the error to the office - dottorati@unipr.it - 0521-034214).
►At least 15 days before taking the Final Examination the doctoral student(s) should forward copies of the thesis to each of the members of the Commission, if necessary in electronic format at the direction of the Coordinator/Coordinator himself/herself. The names of the members of the Commission and their contact information will later be posted on the Doctoral Programmes webpage.
