FAQ - Outbound Mobility for Students

Students must be regularly enrolled at the University of Parma in a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, single-cycle Master's degree, specialization school or PhD programme.

Students enrolled in individual courses or first- or second-level Professional Master's programmes are not eligible.

All the documents listed in the annex to the call, “Instructions for completing the application form in ESSE3”.

The regular call for European and international SMS mobility is generally published around November, with a deadline in January.

At a later stage, a supplementary call may be published for mobilities starting in the second semester. The supplementary call makes available the places that were not assigned through the regular call.

Each call has its own updated attachments, there is no guarantee that the documents required by the previous call would be the same as those required for the next one.

At the time of publication of the call, the dates on which the LPT can be taken are also announced.

Anyone who meets the eligibility requirements can apply, including those who have already applied to the regular call.

You can apply for as many mobility calls as you wish, including within the same academic year.

However, you should take into account the maximum overall duration of mobility: generally, 12 months for each study cycle (Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or PhD), combining study and internship periods, even if they take place in different academic years.

If you are selected for more than one call, please note that the mobility periods cannot take place simultaneously.
