- JUNE 30, 2023, with online application submission on ESSE3 (For candidates of LIST A)
- SEPTEMBER 8, 2023, with online application submission on ESSE3 (For LIST A candidates)
- JANUARY 12, 2024, with online application submission on ESSE3 (For candidates from LIST A and LIST B)
