Activities description

Mobility and Internationalization activities are developed under the direct responsibility of EU GREEN WP 6 (Mobility and Internationalization). The group is coordinated by the University of Parma and the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences in Wroclaw.

Among the primary aims of the group:

  • Analysis of the different national legal frameworks and development of mobility protocols within the EU GREEN Alliance;
  • Provision of adequate support to enhance mobility and exchange activities within the Alliance;
  • Provision of adequate support to the Research Working Group to implement mobility activities for young researchers within the Alliance;
  • Activation of job-shadowing and training initiatives for the staff of the Alliance's partner universities;
  • Definition of a strategic plan for the international growth of the Alliance, in order to encourage the development of permanent mobility and exchange opportunities for the entire EU GREEN academic community;
  • Launch of initiatives aimed at developing greater European awareness, both within the entire academic community and in the territories involved in the project;
  • fostering the development of permanent collaborative activities with universities and international organizations, with priority towards the African, Asian and Latin American continents. 

BIP Call for Applications for Administrative Staff: "Think! Speak! Influence!: Training for our Future University"

As part of the EU GREEN European University Alliance, the University of Parma, in collaboration with the Atlantic Centre of Education in Galway (Ireland) and the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences (Poland), is pleased to launch the second edition of the training programme entitled "Think! Speak! Influence!: Training for our Future University."

The initiative consists of seven training courses delivered as Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs), each combining a virtual learning component with a subsequent in-person training period.

The in-person sessions will take place according to the following schedule:

Courses with the in-person component at the University of Parma (16–20 November 2026):

  • Joint Degrees: Managing International Students in a University Alliance
  • Writing Competitive Proposals within the Erasmus+ Programme
  • Quality in Mobility: Internships as an Opportunity

Courses with the in-person component at the Atlantic Centre of Education, Galway, Ireland (2–6 November 2026):

  • Transnational Collaboration, European Values and Internationalisation Strategies: Challenges and Perspectives
  • University Museums in the EU GREEN Alliance: Shared Strategies for a Common Culture
  • Strategic Procurement and Joint Purchasing in European University Alliances
  • Human Resources Management in a European University Context: Building a European Administrative Community

Participation in each course is limited to three members of the technical and administrative staff from each EU GREEN partner university. All training activities will be conducted in English. Applicants are therefore required to demonstrate at least a B1 level of English proficiency, in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

Participation in the courses will be recognised as contributing towards the completion of the 40 hours of mandatory annual professional development required for the University of Parma's technical and administrative staff.

Applications must be submitted by 18 September 2026.

EU GREEN Call for Proposals for Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs) – 25/26

The deadline for submitting proposal is 21 november 2025.

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, the EU GREEN Alliance is launching its third call for project proposals aimed at the implementation of Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs) to be carried out during the academic year 2025/2026.

BIPs are designed to:

  • foster teaching innovation
  • encourage interdisciplinary collaboration
  • support international mobility

For this call, the EU GREEN Alliance makes available 30 slots for eligible projects to be funded.

The deadline for submitting proposals via the EU GREEN BIP Platform is 21 november, 2025.

Nell’ambito del Programma Erasmus+, l’Alleanza EU GREEN lancia la seconda call per la raccolta di proposte progettuali finalizzate alla realizzazione di Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs), da svolgersi nel corso dell’anno accademico 2024/2025.

I BIPs sono progettati per:

  • promuovere l’innovazione didattica
  • favorire la collaborazione interdisciplinare
  • sostenere la mobilità internazionale

Per questo bando, l’Alleanza EU GREEN mette a disposizione 22 slots per progetti ammissibili a finanziamento. 
La scadenza per la presentazione delle proposte è il 31 ottobre 2024.

Nell’ambito del Programma Erasmus+, l’Alleanza EU GREEN lancia la prima call per la raccolta di proposte progettuali finalizzate alla realizzazione di Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs), da svolgersi nel corso dell’anno accademico 2023/2024.

I BIPs sono progettati per:

  • promuovere l’innovazione didattica
  • favorire la collaborazione interdisciplinare
  • sostenere la mobilità internazionale

Per questo bando, l’Alleanza EU GREEN mette a disposizione 22 slots per progetti ammissibili a finanziamento. 
La scadenza per la presentazione delle proposte è il 5 dicembre 2023.
