As part of the EU GREEN European University Alliance, the University of Parma, in collaboration with the Atlantic Centre of Education in Galway (Ireland) and the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences (Poland), is pleased to launch the second edition of the training programme entitled "Think! Speak! Influence!: Training for our Future University."
The initiative consists of seven training courses delivered as Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs), each combining a virtual learning component with a subsequent in-person training period.
The in-person sessions will take place according to the following schedule:
Courses with the in-person component at the University of Parma (16–20 November 2026):
- Joint Degrees: Managing International Students in a University Alliance
- Writing Competitive Proposals within the Erasmus+ Programme
- Quality in Mobility: Internships as an Opportunity
Courses with the in-person component at the Atlantic Centre of Education, Galway, Ireland (2–6 November 2026):
- Transnational Collaboration, European Values and Internationalisation Strategies: Challenges and Perspectives
- University Museums in the EU GREEN Alliance: Shared Strategies for a Common Culture
- Strategic Procurement and Joint Purchasing in European University Alliances
- Human Resources Management in a European University Context: Building a European Administrative Community
Participation in each course is limited to three members of the technical and administrative staff from each EU GREEN partner university. All training activities will be conducted in English. Applicants are therefore required to demonstrate at least a B1 level of English proficiency, in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
Participation in the courses will be recognised as contributing towards the completion of the 40 hours of mandatory annual professional development required for the University of Parma's technical and administrative staff.
