The second edition of the University's call for the promotion of international mobility of professors and researchers, approved by resolution CDA/28-05-2026/203 , is open, with the aim of fostering research activities and building international networks and collaborations.
The activities must take place at research groups active in foreign universities of excellence, i.e., among the top 70 universities in the world according to at least one of the following rankings:
You can also propose mobility to universities or research centers not included in the top 70 positions, provided that you demonstrate the high scientific impact of the host group and its ability to attract international funding.
The following are eligible to apply exclusively:
- Ordinary Professors/Professors
- Associate Professors/Professors
- Researchers/Researchers on permanent contracts
- Researchers/Researchers on fixed-term type B or tenure track (RTT).
Stays are funded for a period of not less than 2 and not more than 6 months, including travel days. The total period of mobility may be split but must be started within 6 months of the publication of the ranking list and completed within one year from the start date of the first stay.
The University will guarantee, as a contribution,up to a maximum of 3,000.00 euros for each month of mobility.
HOW TO APPLY
You can apply for only one mobility period under this call.

Documents to be attached (PDF format only):
- Research project to be carried out abroad (Attachment 1)
- Schedule of host group, with composition, scientific impact and ability to attract international funding (Annex 2)
- Curriculum vitae and track record of the candidate (Annex 3)
- Commitment letter from the contact person of the host facility, confirming willingness to host the candidate(s) (Attachment 4)

DEADLINE
Complete application must be submitted by September 30, 2026.
A second window may be opened only if residual funds become available.
Caution:
- Incomplete applications will be automatically disqualified
- Applications sent other than the above will not be accepted
- Applications sent after the deadline will not be accepted.
