Clone of Welcome day for exchange students 2025/2026

Welcome Day 2nd semester

The Welcome Day will be on February 10th.
We will meet in Via Università 12, central university building, for the traditional group photo at 9:00 a.m.

The event involves the offices of the University of Parma together with representatives of the City of Parma, the University Libraries, and UNIPR partners:

Crédit Agricole, the University's partner for the Student Card

Representatives of all entities are available to students to explain their activities and to answer questions.

Procedures and activities of the Office are also explained during the event.

You can apply to take part in the Ambassador project in Parma, which involves incoming Erasmus+ and Overworld students. As part of the project's objectives to disseminate the exchange experience, the students will act as ambassadors for their home universities, promoting the next mobility calls to young people in Parma.

Will also be present Erasmus Student Network - ESN-ASSI Parma, who will illustrate the many initiatives planned by the association for all the students and female guests of the University.

A musical interlude performed by Alessandro Luci and Benjamin Perego, representing the Conservatorio Arrigo Boito of Parma. The duo will perform a refined selection of guitar masterpieces:

In addition to the general Welcome Day, each department has its own Welcome Meeting for incoming students; you can find all the information here. Each meeting provides important information about the mobility experience, so attendance at both is highly recommended.

I rappresentanti di tutte le realtà sono, in questa occasione, a disposizione degli studenti per illustrare le loro attività e per rispondere alle domande.

Durante l'evento vengono inoltre spiegate, dalla U.O., le procedure e le attività dell’Ufficio.

E' possibile candidarsi per il progetto Ambassador in Parma, che coinvolge direttamente gli studenti e le studentesse incoming Erasmus+ e Overworld: nell’ambito degli obiettivi di dissemination dell’esperienza di scambio, saranno loro gli “ambasciatori” della loro Università di provenienza, nei confronti dei ragazzi e delle ragazze di Parma che hanno intenzione di partecipare ai prossimi bandi di mobilità.

Sarà inoltre presente Erasmus Student Network - ESN-ASSI Parma, che illustra le numerose iniziative programmate dall’associazione per tutti gli studenti e le studentesse ospiti dell’Università.

In aggiunta al Welcome Day generale, ogni Dipartimento ha un proprio Incontro di benvenuto per gli studenti in arrivo; potete trovare tutte le informazioni qui. Ogni incontro fornisce informazioni importanti sull'esperienza di mobilità, per cui si raccomanda vivamente la partecipazione ad entrambi.
