How it works
Er.go, the regional company responsible for promoting access to higher education, and the University of Parma jointly administer benefits for students, including scholarships, canteens, accommodation and reduced university fees.
The online application form can be found on the Er.go website.
To apply for accommodation, scholarships and fee reductions, you will need to produce documentation showing the income and assets of your household, so that your financial situation can be assessed in accordance with the Italian system.
How and when to apply
To apply, access the Er.go website by clicking on 'Apply Online' in the menu. Fill in the personal and financial data sections and the benefits application form. You can fill in the application even if you are not yet enrolled at the university (if you are a student applying for a visa, wait until you have obtained your acceptance letter).
You can start filling out the online application from the beginning of July, when the call for applications is published. On the Er.go website, you will find the full notice with all the useful details, including the deadline for submitting applications for each benefit.
Do not turn to intermediaries to help with your application, as they often charge for the service and may cause you to make mistakes.
Which documents you need
To apply for a scholarship, canteen and accommodation fee reduction or tuition fee reduction, you must provide documentation on your household's foreign income and assets. This documentation must be submitted.

Do you have income both in Italy and abroad?
If your household has income and/or assets in both Italy and other countries, you will need to declare and document them all. Then follow the steps on this page.
University fees and contributions
Once you have had your economic and patrimonial situation converted according to the Italian system, you can access all the information on university fees and contributions by clicking here.
