UniPR Mobile app, the official app for students of the University of Parma

The UniPR Mobile app is the official app of the University of Parma. It provides students with useful information such as exam dates, messages from professors, lesson schedule, and much more.

Through the app, you can also keep track of your academic record, viewing the modules you have attended, those already scheduled and those you have passed, as well as your weighted average mark and final degree mark.

The University's most important teaching support services are brought together in a single space, enabling a number of things, including:

  • keeping track of the progress of all the modules in your degree programme, including grades, averages and general information; 
  • having all the necessary information about lessons and examination appeals at your fingertips;
  • viewing the daily occupancy of university classrooms;
  • booking an appointment for administrative matters;
  • booking a seat in a lab;
  • receiving messages from professors and the University, such as the cancellation of a lecture or a classroom change;
  • finding contacts, office hours and communications by the professors;
  • recording class attendance, if required by your study course.

If you can't find the lesson you are looking for, probabily the dedicated administrative department office has not yet published the lessons schedule. Please contact your department office for assistance.

If you can't see the exams you are looking for, it is possible that the dedicated department office has not published the exam schedule yet. Please contact your relevant department office for assistance.

If you can't see your course exams, but your classmates do, it is likely that your app is outdated. We recommend updating the app by accessing the app store, or uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

If you logged in after the time limit set by the lecturer for attendance recording, this is not a fault with the app: to be recorded as present, you must be physically present at the time of attendance recording.

If you have recently enrolled on the degree programme after the start of the term, it is likely that your student ID number has not yet been entered into the system. We suggest you inform the lecturer who is responsible for recording attendance so that they can do so manually, and contact your department’s administrative office to have your details added to the system.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are enrolled on more than one degree programme, please contact the relevant department office, providing both your student ID numbers, so that the relevant departments can ensure the correct ID number is registered. If the problem persists, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If the anomaly persists please contact helpdesk.informatico@unipr.it

If you aren’t receiving notifications in the app and your university classmates are, it is likely that your app is out of date. We recommend updating the app via your app store, or uninstalling and reinstalling it.

In such cases, you have probably not yet created the course and/or exam profiles for the second semester. Once you have created them, you will be able to view all the courses and exams for the second semester.
