We recommend updating the app by accessing your app store or uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If the issue persists, please email helpdesk.informatico@unipr.it, providing details of your operating system version and device model, and attaching a screenshot highlighting the issue.

If you cannot view your lectures, it is likely that the relevant offices have not uploaded your class schedule yet. Contact your department office for assistance.

If you cannot find a lecture and your classmates can, then it's likely that your app version is out of date.

If you cannot see your course's exams, the relevant offices have probably not yet uploaded the exam schedule. Contact your department office for assistance.

If you cannot see your course exams but your fellow students can, it is likely that your app is outdated. We recommend updating the app by accessing your app store, or uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

If you logged in after the time allotted by the lecturer for attendance tracking, this is not a malfunction of the app. For attendance tracking, you must be present at the time of tracking.

If you have recently enrolled in the degree programme after the lectures began, your matricola may not yet be registered. Ask the faculty member requesting the survey to manually proceed, or contact the departmental secretary.

If you are enrolled in more than one degree programme, contact the department secretary to indicate both matricula. If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the app.

If you are not receiving notifications in the app and your classmates are, your app version may be outdated. We recommend updating the app by accessing your app store, or uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

If you are unable to view teacher information, probabily your app version is outdated. We suggest you to updating the app, by accessing the store of your reference, or uninstall and reinstall the app.

Please refer to the appeals board of ESSE3 where information is up to date, especially for exams held by professors in their studios.

In these case it is likely that you have not yet created your second-semester lecture and/or exam profile. Once you have done so, you will be able to view all the lessons and exams for the second semester. Refer to the guides on this page for information on how to create lesson and exam profiles.
