How to find timetables and exam sessions

The timetable is updated in real time and subject to change, including room changes and cancellations, so it is essential to check it regularly.

• Where to go: Log in to the UniPR Student Calendar portal.
• What you can do: Search by degree programme: Select your department and degree programme to view the full weekly timetable.
• Search by course: If you want to follow a single course, you can search for it by name.
• Search by lecturer: This is useful for viewing all the lectures given by a specific lecturer.
• View classrooms to check which campus (e.g. Main Campus or D'Azeglio Campus) and which room the lecture is taking place in.

The official UniPR mobile app, available for iOS, Android and Huawei, allows you to manage your university studies directly from your smartphone:

• Timetables and exam sessions: view lecture timetables (weekly or for the entire academic year) and essential information on exam sessions;
• Customisation: you can customise your profile by entering your degree programme, year and study path, allowing you to monitor only the courses that interest you;

• Notifications and alerts: receive messages from lecturers and the university regarding timetable, room or class changes.

  Please note that if you cannot see second-semester classes, you will need to create the relevant class/exam profile within the app.

Exam dates (sessions) and related registrations are managed through the University’s administrative system.

Public Viewing (No Login Required)

If you just want to get an idea of the dates without registering:

• Go to the ESSE3 Exam Noticeboard
• Filter by Department and Degree Programme.
• Important: remember to set the date range correctly in the “Exam date from” and “to” fields to view all available exam sessions during the desired period.

Exam Booking (Login Required)

To officially register for an exam session:

1. Log in to your personal area on ESSE3 using your University credentials.
2. Go to the ‘Exams’ -> ‘Exam Sessions’ section.
3. Check the booking periods (bookings usually open a few weeks before the exam date).
4. Mandatory: before registering, you must complete the OPIS questionnaire (teaching evaluation) directly via the system.

• Elly: the teaching portal where lecturers upload study materials and post specific notices.
• Academic Calendar: check your department's page to find out about 'exam periods' (when lectures are suspended to allow for exams).
