La figura professionale richiesta, nell’ambito delle direttive e del coordinamento del Responsabile Tecnico, nonché nel rispetto dei livelli di responsabilità e autonomia previsti dal vigente CCNL, si occuperà, nell’ambito del progetto PNRR “Ecosystem for Sustainable Transition in Emilia-Romagna” (Ecosister), a cui sarà assegnato per n. 8 mesi, nonché nell’ambito del progetto “PIAO – OBIETTIVI STRATEGICI ANNO 2025 - Clinical Research Office CRO”, a cui sarà assegnato per n. 10 mesi, principalmente, delle seguenti funzioni e attività ad elevato contenuto tecnico e amministrativo:
- supportare le attività di negoziazione e gestione dei contratti e progetti di ricerca per l’attuazione dei programmi di trasferimento tecnologico;
- supportare la messa a punto le idonee misure tecniche e organizzative ai fini del trattamento di Dati Personali;
- informare e fornire consulenza al titolare del trattamento o al responsabile del trattamento, nonché ai dipendenti che eseguono il trattamento, in merito agli obblighi derivanti dal Regolamento europeo GDPR (UE 2016/679), codice per la protezione dei dati personali (D.Lgs. 196/2003), provvedimenti dell’autorità garante italiana e altre disposizioni nazionali o dell’Unione relative alla protezione dei dati;
- supportare i docenti e ricercatori per la stesura di DPIA (valutazione impatto privacy), DTA (Data Transfer Agreement);
- predisporre informative, moduli di consenso, accordi di riservatezza e contratti di contitolarità o responsabile del trattamento;
- collaborare con comitati etici per ottenere le approvazioni necessarie e, se richiesto, con le autorità di protezione dei dati;
- garantire il supporto su tutti gli adempimenti in materia di protezione dei dati personali.

The professional figure required, within the framework of the directives and coordination of the Technical Manager, as well as in compliance with the levels of responsibility and autonomy provided for by the current CCNL, will be in charge, as part of the PNRR project "Ecosystem for Sustainable Transition in Emilia-Romagna" (Ecosister), to which he will be assigned for n. 8 months, as well as as within the project "PIAO – STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES YEAR 2025 - Clinical Research Office CRO", which will be assigned for 10 months, mainly, the following functions and activities with a high technical and administrative content:
- support the negotiation and management of contracts and research projects for the implementation of technology transfer programs;
- support the development of appropriate technical and organizational measures for the purposes of processing Personal Data;
- inform and advise the data controller or data processor, as well as the employees who carry out the processing, regarding the obligations arising from the European GDPR Regulation (EU 2016/679), the personal data protection code (Legislative Decree 196/2003), provisions of the Italian data protection authority and other national or EU provisions relating to data protection;
- support teachers and researchers for the drafting of DPIA (privacy impact assessment), DTA (Data Transfer Agreement);
- prepare policies, consent forms, confidentiality agreements and joint controllership or data processor agreements;
- Cooperate with ethics committees to obtain the necessary approvals and, if required, with data protection authorities;
guarantee support on all personal data protection obligations
