The survey of student satisfaction, and in general of stakeholders, is a fundamental tool of quality assurance: in fact, it is no coincidence that the framework AVA assigns to the survey of the student opinion component a central and mandatory role for accreditation purposes, defining precise constraints on the process that the University Quality Committees, in their role of coordinating quality assurance activities, must map and monitor its implementation.
The document forms an integral part of the "Architecture of the Quality Assurance System" document and defines a user satisfaction survey management system that has the objectives of:
- enable a systematic approach to the detection of user satisfaction;
- provide in an effective and timely manner useful information for the improvement of the University's primary processes (teaching - in presence and/or distance learning, research and third mission) and technical-administrative offices;
- increase the degree of integration between quality assurance and performance management.
