REGISTRATION FOR THE 2025/2026 MEDICAL SPECIALIZATION PROGRAM COMPETITION

Successful candidates MUST REGISTER without exception according to the FOLLOWING schedule:

Applicants may enroll online through 12:00 p.m. on October 12, 2026.

The documents required for enrollment must be sent via email to: specializzazioni@unipr.it no later than 1:00 p.m. on October 12, 2026

Classes are scheduled to begin on November 2, 2026

Candidates who do not have the required credentials—because they did not graduate from the University of Parma—may register or, if they encounter difficulties, contact the Specialization Schools Service at specializzazioni@unipr.it.

For information on how to register, visit https://www.unipr.it/registrazione. If you are an Italian citizen or were born in Italy, you may register exclusively using SPID/CIE.

To access online services, applicants must complete the registration process, which will provide them with the credentials needed to access the University’s web services. Please note that those who already have an account (former students) for accessing the University’s IT services DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER but may proceed directly to the application process. Anyone who has lost their login credentials can visit the webpage with instructions on how to recover their username and password (for more information, please consult the guide available on the website). During the enrollment process, applicants must enter the information required by the procedure, along with the bank account details to which the amount specified in the specialty training contract will be paid.

To ENROLL, follow the online procedure outlined below:

From any computer with an Internet connection, go to the University’s website at www.unipr.it

Go to https://unipr.esse3.cineca.it/Home.do and complete the enrollment process.

To proceed with enrollment, log in using SPID or your University credentials if you fall into a category exempt from the SPID/CIE registration requirement.

Applicants are required to submit all documentation to the Postgraduate Education and Specializations Unit to obtain final enrollment; failure to do so will result in exclusion.

The enrollment application generated at the end of the online enrollment procedure, accompanied by the following documents:

a residence permit for non-EU students and a certificate of Italian language proficiency attesting to a C1 level of proficiency, issued by accredited certifying bodies;

bank account information form and social security information declaration;

SSM2026 enrollment declaration form;

receipt for payment of the first installment of tuition and fees (€831.00, including the stamp duty required by law and the regional enrollment fee);

a photocopy of a valid personal identification document (identity card or passport) showing the document number, date, and place of issuance

The Ministry of Education, Universities, and Research (MUR) has published Ministerial Decree No. 987 of July 31, 2026, allocating, by university, scholarships for health-related specialty schools reserved for graduates belonging to the professional categories referred to in Article 8, paragraph 1, of Law No. 401 of December 29, 2000.

The decrees approving the results of the admission competitions for the 2025–2026 academic year—including the number of available spots based on the schools’ capacity and the allocation of scholarships—will be published on the individual websites of the schools by mid-September 2026.

The enrollment periods for admitted students will be announced at the same time.

APPLICATION SUBMISSION:

To register for the admission test, you must apply using only the online procedure only. Therefore, applications sent in any other way, including by post or fax, will not be considered. The student must therefore:

• connect to the University website www.unipr.it
• Click on "REGISTRATION ON LINE" and follow the procedure to register for the admission test;
•  complete the procedure and pay the admission fee for the test of € 50.00 (using Distinta di versamento MAV that is printed at the end of the online procedure, this payment slip can be paid at any bank in the area).

ENROLMENT:

ENROLLMENT Candidates who have been successfully placed on the merit list must ENROLL no later than the deadlines that will be announced in the notice approving the merit list; failure to do so will result in exclusion. They must follow the online procedure outlined below.

• connect to the University's website www.unipr.it
•  Click on "REGISTRATION ON LINE" follow the procedure and at the end, in order to obtain final enrolment, by the established deadline, submit all the documentation to the Postgraduate Training Division - Specialization Schools at the e-mail address: specializzazioni@unipr.it, enclosing a copy of identification, accompanied by the receipt of payment of the 1st instalment of fees and contributions.

Candidates in possession of a foreign qualification can apply for admission to competitions both in relation to medical and non-medical schools if in possession of a degree and professional qualification (when provided), obtained in a foreign universities.
The qualifications are considered equivalent only for the admission to the Specialization School.
