The Alps-Adriatic Rectors' Conference (AARC) supports the realisation of the European Union macro-regional strategies (Danube Region (EUSDR), Alpine Region (EUSALP) and Ionian-Adriatic Region), especially in the field of priority areas of research and innovation, also connected to competitiveness, and therefore invites students of doctoral study programmes at AARC member universities to apply for the obtaining of targeted means for support for the following targets of the macro-regional strategies:
- Increase cooperation and mobility in the field of research and education;
- Increase the number of joint publications on research results;
- Improvement of the environment;
- Quality of Life for Youth;
- Circular Economy.
AARC notifies that in the AARC Initiative framework there are means for the development of applicant projects/solutions by doctoral students from AARC members.
Applications will be accepted till 8.5.2026.
