Parma, 15 November 2024 - As known, to avoid potential security problems, the University has asked anyone holding Unipr accounts (students, teaching staff, researchers, technical-administrative staff) to change their access password to the system by 10pm on Thursday 14 November.
After 10pm on the 14th, all the Unipr passwords of the people who had not changed them were automatically reset, and from that moment they were no longer able to access their PC or the University system with their old credentials.
In these cases it is possible to reset your password by connecting to the link http://www.idem.unipr.it/start/recuperapwd and following the instructions. If you are unable to access your PC in the domain, we recommend proceeding with a reset from your smartphone.
