Taxation system a.y. 2022-23

The annual enrollment amount for the academic year 2022-23 for undergraduate courses at the University of Parma consists of:

• Regional fee of 140 euros/lt;/li>
• Virtual stamp duty of 16 euros/lt;/li>
• All-inclusive university contribution /strong>/lt;/strong>calculated in a personalized and proportional manner on the basis of the ISEE (Indicator of Equivalent Economic Situation) indicator only, applying the'special calculation formula.

The values of minimum and maximum contributions and minimum and maximum ISEE are given in the table.

In the case of ISEE exceeding 70,000 euros, or in the absence of the communication of ISEE data by the deadline thereafter, students are required to pay the absolute maximum contribution provided for their scope and condition of merit and seniority.

As previously indicated, to the amounts calculated by the above formula should be added:

• Regional tax 140 euros
• Virtual stamp duty 16 euros

All students enrolled or intending to enroll in degree programs at the University of Parma (including enrolled under condition, pre-enrolled, test-takers, students waiting for rankings to be changed and transfer students from other universities) who want to apply for a reduction on the amount of tuition and fees, must fill out the application on the &lt href="www.er-go.it">ER.GO improrogabilmente entro il 3 novembre 2022, ore 17. No applications will be accepted after the deadline. Those who do not apply for reduction will be required to pay the absolute maximum contribution provided for their scope and merit and seniority status.

a) first installment

is paid by the deadline indicated for registration in the appropriate section of Study Manifesto: euro 156 (regional tax euro 140 and virtual stamp euro 16)

b) second installment

is paid by November 16, 2022: 50% of the personalized university contribution. 

Ways to apply for the bulletin

As of September 5, 2022, the second installment bulletin will be published.

If the student has not yet filled out the ISEE application on the ER.GO website, the amount of 50% of the personalized university contribution is the maximum amount (calculated only according to the course subject area, seniority and merit).

If the student intends to make use of the personalized university contribution calculated on the basis of ISEE, he/she should not use the bulletin with the maximum amount as above, but should fill out the relevant application on the ER.GO website by November 3, 2022 at 5. After 24 hours of filling out the application on the ER.GO website, the student can print the new bulletin recalculated according to ISEE. 

To make the payment one will have to log on to the Athenaeum website www.unipr.it. From there, click under Services>Online Services>Esse3 - Online Secretariat, log in with your credentials to access the restricted page and go to the menu SEGRETERIA>PAYMENTS.>/p>

The student who completes the ISEE application by self-certifying a provisional protocol number will have to pay 50% of the maximum personalized university contribution; then following the transmission by INPS of the final ISEE data, the amount will be subsequently redefined.

The student who has already paid 50% of the maximum personalized university contribution can still fill out the ISEE application on the ER.GO website provided that by November 3, 2022 h. 17:00; the amount will be later redefined.

Under no circumstances will applications for the calculation of the personalized university contribution based on ISEE be accepted after the mandatory deadline of November 3, 2022 h. 17:00. 

c) third installment

is paid by April 28, 2023: 50% customized university contribution.

Starting from the beginning of April, to make the payment one will have to log on to the University's website www.unipr.it. From there, click under Services>Online Services>Esse3 - Online Secretariat, log in with your credentials to access the restricted page and go to the Secretariat>Payments menu.

Attention: the date of payment shown on the telematic payment receipt (RT) with outcome PAYMENT_EXECUTED is authentic for the University. Notice is hereby given that the payment order executed on the day of the due date may result in the attribution of the additional fee for overdue payments if the actual payment transaction is made by the bank after the due date. For all payments, you should always check the terms and times with which your bank provides the relevant service, in fact, banks execute payments during certain service hours and any transactions made by the user after the established times are taken over by the bank and accounted for on the first following business day.

Installment installment

The second installment and the third installment, if of an amount equal to or greater than 600 euros, may be accrued, at the student's request, in two installments of equal amount with the following due dates:

• second installment: November 16, 2022 and December 16, 2022
• third installment: April 28, 2023 and May 31, 2023.

The application can be submitted online from October 7, 2022 and no later than November 15, 2022 by logging on to the University website www.unipr.it by clicking under Services>Online Services>Esse3 - Online Secretariat, authenticating and then accessing the Secretariat> payments menu. The request is unique and applies to the second and third installment; subsequent requests for only the third installment will not be possible.

Students who are not in good standing with their tuition and fee payments cannot apply. 

The installment arrangement is revoked in case of career termination due to drop out of studies, transfer, graduation, and the student can obtain the career termination measure only upon payment of the full installment amount.

Additional contribution for overdue payments

Any payment after the specified deadlines will result in an additional contribution for overdue payments of 50 euros and an immediate career freeze until the position is regularized.

a) first and second installment

shall be paid in a single bulletin by November 16, 2022: regional tax 140 euros and virtual stamp 16 euros and 50% of the personalized university fee.

Ways to apply for the bulletin

Starting September 5, 2022, the amount of first and second installment to be paid in one lump sum (regional tax 140 euros and virtual stamp 16 euros and 50% of the personalized university fee) will be published.
