First and single-cycle degree courses

The access mode and the deadlines for the programme you're interested in will be available, starting April 16th, 2026, in the course's page for prospective students 26-27. 

Here you will find step-by-step instructions for the admission procedure of your degree course or, in the case of a programme with limited seats, you will find a direct link to the admission calls.

Don't forget that all these inscription procedures must be preceded by registration to the online secretariat - Esse3.

Registration

Registration to the University Online Registry Service (ESSE3) is the necessary step to access all other online procedures.

Open access courses

Open access courses have no entry tests or selection procedures. The only requirements for enrolment are applying within the deadline and the possession of a diploma.

Admission to single-cycle degree courses in Medicina e chirurgia, Odontoiatria e protesi dentaria and Medicina veterinaria

Starting from the 2025-2026 academic year, you can enroll in single-cycle master's degree programs in Medicine and Surgery, School of Dental Medicine, and Veterinary Medicine only after participating in a filter semester.

Nationally-scheduled access courses

Enrolment in courses with nationally-scheduled access is subject to passing an entrance test administered at ministerial level.

Access at the local level (test/TOLC, evaluation of qualifications, interview)

Courses that provide this type of type of access have a limited number of places that are assigned through an entrance test or other method managed independently by the University.

Part-time students

Part-time enrolment halves the number of course credits to be obtained each year and the amount of fees, but doubles the duration of the course (from 3 to 6 or from 2 to 4 years).

From the academic year 2022/23, it is possible to enroll simultaneously in two higher education courses within the same or another university.
